PERSONAL TRAINING IN POOLE
Personal training is the best and quickest way for you to achieve your fitness goals. All of our sessions will be conducted in our private studio in Poole and are 60 minutes in duration (unless stated) and are designed with your fitness wants and needs in mind. Each week is adapted to your increasing technical and physical abilities and your program will be mapped out well in advance, so you know where you have come from, where you are now and where you are going!
I will be coaching and guiding you through tougher and tougher exercises and will often throw in a few surprises to pull you out of your comfort zone.
ONLINE COACHING SERVICES
I also offer online coaching services. I will not feed you any diet fads or any pre-made exercise routines. Relative to your desired results, all nutrition and training plans will be tailored and optimised to suit you and your lifestyle.
The online coaching programme includes weekly check-ins, access to our private community support group where daily posts are made and ultimately, it guarantees results. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, your money will be refunded.
